This course allows students develop their self-awareness, emotional control, motivation, empathy and social relationships in a playful and practical framework in addition to becoming aware of the importance of respecting the natural environment, while benefiting from the practice of physical exercise.
The objective is to combine physical exercise and expand knowledge of the natural environment while developing values and skills necessary for personal growth so that, following the competency profile designed by SEK Education Group, students develop environmental impact skills, initiative and ethical commitment, emotional and physical equilibrium, sense of purpose and responsible collaboration.
Combining activities and games adapted to each age group such as:
- Hiking the school’s surrounding areas.
- Canoeing
- Zip lines.
- Climbing
- Orienteering
- First aid
- Makers
- Health and Wellness
Special activities
- Overnight camping with barbecue
- Outing to Multi-Adventure Park.
- Family Day Open day with families
- Swimming
Activities will take place on the school grounds and in the natural environment close to it.
Water sports will be held at the Guadalix Yacht Club, located in the Pedrezuela reservoir.
This programme is taught by native English-speaking and / or bilingual teachers specialised in Primary Education and Physical Education.

Transport
Optional transport (additional cost) for all students who request it.
Meals
Breakfast and lunch included, prepared in school kitchen. Special meals are offered if necessary.
