This course combines sports, creative and technological activities, designed to work on the well-being of the student through SEK Education Group skills such as emotional and physical equilibrium, effective communication and self-regulation.
Students will learn through experimentation in innovative learning spaces and, in a natural and playful way, using learning materials and the natural surroundings as a means of acquiring sensations and skills.

Activities take place on SEK-El Castillo school grounds.

Extended timetable
This course has optional extended hours (at extra cost) from 08:00 to 09:00 and 16:00 to 17:00.
Materials
Shorts, t-shirt, velcro sneakers and cap and suncream applied from home.
For pool days students will need a backpack swimming nappies, swimming cap, towel and pool shoes.
All items must be labelled with the student’s full name.
Transport
Optional route (additional cost) for all students who request it.
Meals
Lunch and an afternoon snack prepared in the school kitchen and special meals adapted to different age groups, attending special dietary needs.
