Specially designed for tennis lovers, regardless of their level of play and their objectives.

The training programme adapts to their needs according to their level. Each programme is tailored to players’ needs: Beginners will have first contact with the world of tennis in a fun way. More advanced participants will deepen their knowledge and skills and in the more high-level competition programme, combine training with complementary activities to acquire all-round and comprehensive tennis training.


The course is designed to improve the tennis skills, foster fair play, competitiveness and promote the  group living among participants and instil values such as respect, responsibility, autonomy and teamwork.

Three training programmes depending on students’ level of play and their objectives: beginners, coaching and competition.

  • The Beginners Programme enables students to increase their tennis skills in a fun way by combining playing tennis and training drills with recreational activities that complement the all-round education of players with entertaining and fun games.
  • The Refinement Programme deepens tactical and technical concepts, players’ performance is boosted with a specific programme, based on the combination of work and fun, through activities that allow improving technique, tactical knowledge of the game, as well as the physical fitness.
  • The Competition Programme is aimed at those players who want to improve their results in high-level tennis competitions. High intensity drills, tactical and psychological preparation for match points, improvement of the physical performance in competitions, improvement of offensive and defensive racket work and games make this programme a great option for all those who want to make a qualitative leap in their game. Training will be complemented with specific talks on topics of interest.

Facilities: Activities take place at the UCJC Sports Club. Activities will be held at the UCJC Sports Club. A unique concept of sports club with more than 140,000 m2 of courts, tracks and large green areas where children can do sport and enjoy an unforgettable summer.

The course is taught by certified UCJC Sports Club coaches.

Necessary material

  • Baseball cap.

  • Comfortable sports clothes.
  • Trainers.

  • Swimsuit, towel, cap and aqua shoes.
  • Sun cream with a SPF greater than 20.
  • Moisturizer.
  • Lipbalm.


Optional transport service (additional cost) for all students who request it with arrival time at 9.00 and departure time at 16.00. Except those on the competition programme.

5th week: From 27 to 31 July the transport service will depend on the number of students who request it.
